Appointment Setter/Outbound Phone Sales Representative (Scottsdale)
The Appointment Setter/Outbound Phone Sales Representative is responsible for initiating calls to potential clients to set up appointments for the sales staff. This position is also responsible for completing the necessary appointment paperwork, adding the appointment to the appointment board, following up with customers that need to cancel or reschedule, and maintaining a log of all appointments set.

Senior Tax Associate (Scottsdale)
The senior tax associate is responsible for providing a variety of wealth and tax advisory services. He/She will assist clients with tax consulting services in the areas of fiduciary, individual tax, tax planning, trust and estate planning and wealth management. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepares individual, estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns
  • Prepares related schedules and reports for clients
  • Understands the technical issues and possesses the skills necessary to review complex individual related tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 709 & 990-PF
  • Manages one or more assignments simultaneously
  • Establishes work scheduled through effective use of project and time management
  • Builds and nurtures strong working relationships with clients
  • Prepares invoices, following up on receivables and developing budgets
  • Maintains clients records

 
Skills/ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA Certification
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Business-related software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows XP
  • Possesses demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and audit standards
  • Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
